Easy Ground Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry WW-Friendly

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

4 cups cabbage, chopped

1 carrot, shredded (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.

Add garlic, cabbage, and carrot. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring.

Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.

Cook 2 more minutes until cabbage is soft.

Top with green onions and serve.

✅ Tip: Serve alone, over rice, or in lettuce wraps.
