Golden, crispy, and stuffed with creamy cheese garlic

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

For the wrap dough

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop unflavored or plain whey protein isolate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt + black pepper

For the filling

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese or ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Chili flakes (optional)

For crispy coating

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

1. Make the dough

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella + cream cheese.
  2. Microwave 60–90 seconds until melted.
  3. Stir well, then mix in eggs.
  4. Add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Knead into a soft dough.

If sticky, chill 10 minutes.


2. Make the filling

Mix together:

  • cottage cheese
  • mozzarella
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • chili flakes

3. Stuff the wraps

  1. Divide dough into 4 balls.
  2. Roll each between parchment paper into a thin circle.
  3. Add filling in the center.
  4. Fold and seal edges tightly.

4. Cook until golden and crispy

Air fryer

  • Brush lightly with oil/butter
  • Sprinkle parmesan on top
  • Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 10–12 minutes

Pan method

  • Cook on medium heat with a little oil
  • 4–5 minutes per side until deeply golden

Garlic Butter Finish

Mix:

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • parsley

Brush on hot wraps immediately after cooking.


Approx Macros (Per Wrap)

  • Protein: ~28–35g
  • Net carbs: ~5–7g
  • Fat: ~16–20g

Extra High-Protein Option

Add cooked shredded chicken inside:

  • 1 cup finely shredded chicken breast
  • extra garlic + black pepper

This pushes each wrap close to 40–45g protein.
