Healthy Chocolate Cookies (No Sugar! No Flour!)

Healthy Chocolate Cookies (No Sugar! No Flour!)

These healthy chocolate cookies are rich, chewy, and deeply chocolatey while being completely free of refined sugar and flour. They’re made with simple wholesome ingredients that keep them low in carbs and naturally sweetened, making them perfect for a guilt-free dessert or snack. Despite being “healthy,” they still taste like soft, fudgy chocolate cookies straight from a bakery.

The texture is soft and slightly chewy in the center with lightly crisp edges. Cocoa powder provides intense chocolate flavor, while nut butter replaces flour and adds healthy fats and protein. Natural sweeteners like erythritol or mashed banana keep the sweetness balanced without spiking blood sugar.

These cookies are also incredibly easy to prepare—no mixer required and only one bowl needed. They bake quickly and store well, making them ideal for meal prep snacks, lunchbox treats, or late-night chocolate cravings.

You can also customize them easily by adding sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a pinch of sea salt on top for extra depth of flavor. They’re proof that “healthy” desserts can still feel indulgent and satisfying.
