Prep time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

The Base:

1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt

1 cup Good Culture Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (blended smooth if you don’t like the texture)

1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite (thawed)

1 box (1 oz) Jell-O Sugar-Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix

¼ cup Fairlife Fat-Free Milk (or any milk of choice, just enough to help dissolve the pudding mix)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

The Mix-ins:

1 cup Fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup Fresh blueberries

1 cup Fresh blackberries or raspberries (or a mixed berry blend)

The Topping:

¼ cup Graham cracker crumbs (for that authentic cheesecake crust crunch)

Instructions

Prep the Pudding Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and the dry instant cheesecake pudding mix until smooth and completely combined.

Fold in the Whip: Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip Lite using a spatula until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the Berries: Toss in your fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Gently fold them into the cheesecake mixture so they are evenly distributed without crushing the berries too much.

Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. This allows the pudding mix to fully set and the flavors to meld.

Assemble and Serve: Spoon the fluff into cups or bowls. Just before serving, top generously with the graham cracker crumbs for that perfect cheesecake crunch.

Tip: If you really dislike the texture of cottage cheese, toss it into a blender or food processor for 30 seconds before mixing it with the other ingredients. It becomes completely smooth and acts just like cream cheese!
