- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Creamy Cheese Layer
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, check low-carb version)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper

- 200–250 g shredded mozzarella
- 100 g provolone or cheddar (optional mix for flavor)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Set oven to:
- 190°C (375°F)
Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Cook vegetables
Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add:

- bell peppers
- mushrooms
Cook for:
- 6–8 minutes
until softened and slightly caramelized.
Add garlic and cook:

3. Cook beef

Add sliced beef.

- smoked paprika
Cook:

4. Make creamy mixture
In a bowl mix:
- cream cheese
- heavy cream
- Worcestershire sauce
- onion powder
- black pepper
Whisk until smooth and creamy.
5. Combine filling
In a large bowl or directly in baking dish mix:
- cooked beef
- cooked vegetables
- creamy cheese mixture
Stir until evenly coated.
6. Assemble casserole
Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
Top with:
- mozzarella
- provolone or cheddar (if using)
7. Bake
Bake uncovered for:
- 20–25 minutes
until:
- cheese is melted
- top is golden and bubbling
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
8. Rest & serve
Let casserole rest:
