Ingredients
2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
1 cup red grapes, halved
2 celery stalks, sliced
ΒΌ cup pecans, chopped (use less to lower points)
2 tbsp dried cranberries
Optional: fresh parsley
Dressing
3 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1β2 tsp honey
Β½ tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
Combine fruit, celery, cranberries, and parsley.
Toss with dressing.
Sprinkle pecans on top before serving.
