For the chicken:

🔥 Instructions
1. Make the Cajun Blackened Chicken
- Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is browned, slightly crispy on edges, and fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
- Set aside.
2. Prepare Alfredo Sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30–60 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning.
- Turn off heat and set aside.
3. Make Low-Carb Dough
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 30–60 seconds).

- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.

- Roll dough between parchment paper into a rectangle.

5. Bake
