Ingredients
- 1 box sugar-free Jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1–2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Dissolve the Jello
In a bowl:
- Add Jello powder
- Pour in boiling water
- Stir until completely dissolved
Add cold water.
Let cool for about 10–15 minutes.
Do not let it fully set.
2. Whip the Cream
In another bowl:
- Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add:
- cream cheese
- sweetener
- vanilla
Beat until smooth and fluffy.
3. Combine
Slowly pour cooled Jello into whipped mixture while mixing.
Beat until fully combined and airy.
4. Chill
Transfer to cups or bowl.
Refrigerate:
- 1–2 hours
Texture becomes mousse-like and fluffy.
