Taco Bell Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
Meat & seasoning
1/2 lb 225 g ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp water
Base & layers
8 small flour tortillas soft taco size
1 cup refried beans
Sauce
3/4 cup mild enchilada sauce or canned Mexican-style tomato sauce
Cheese & toppings
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 green onions thinly sliced
Optional: sliced black olives sour cream, jalapeños
Instructions
Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Crisp the tortillas
Heat a dry skillet over medium.
Lightly toast each tortilla on both sides until golden and lightly crisp. Set aside.
Assemble the base
Spread about 2 tablespoons of refried beans on one tortilla.
Add a thin layer of seasoned beef.
Create the stack
Place a second tortilla on top to form a sandwich.
Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons enchilada sauce over the top tortilla.
Add cheese & toppings
Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
Add diced tomatoes and any optional toppings you like.
Bake
Place assembled pizzas on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes,
just until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Finish & serve
Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
