Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix flour and yogurt to form dough.
  • Roll into 8 small balls; stuff each with cheese and pepperoni.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup almond flour (or oat fiber for even lower carbs)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 30 slices turkey pepperoni (low-fat)
  • Cooking spray

Optional topping

  • Extra turkey pepperoni
  • Sprinkle parmesan (adds points)

For dipping

  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara (0–1 point)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.

Lightly spray a bundt pan.

  1. Melt cheeses

Microwave mozzarella (both kinds) for about 60–90 seconds until melted.

  1. Make dough

Stir in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings until combined.

(It will be sticky — that’s normal.)

  1. Add pepperoni

Fold in chopped turkey pepperoni or layer it as you press dough into pan.

  1. Fill the pan

Press mixture evenly into bundt pan. Add extra pepperoni on top if desired.

  1. Bake 20–25 minutes

Until golden and firm.
