- 1 scoop (30 g) vanilla whey protein isolate
- 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit or erythritol sweetener
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (add more if needed)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Flaky sea salt on top
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, combine:

- Protein powder
- Sweetener
- Baking powder
- Salt
