Air Fryer Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs (680 g) chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce (plus more for tossing, if desired)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cooking oil spray

Optional for Serving

  • Ranch dressing
  • Blue cheese dressing
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken
    • In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
    • Add the olive oil and buffalo sauce, then mix well.
    • Coat the chicken tenders evenly with the seasoning mixture. Let them marinate for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer
    • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Air Fry
    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
    • Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer without overlapping.
    • Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Add More Buffalo Flavor (Optional)
    • For extra heat and flavor, toss the cooked chicken tenders with an additional 1–2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce before serving.
  5. Serve
    • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
    • Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and fresh celery and carrot sticks.
