π«π₯₯ Vegan Chocolate Fat Bomb Fluff
Rich, creamy, chocolatey, and incredibly satisfying, this no-bake chocolate fluff is made with coconut cream, nut butter, and cocoa. It’s a great low-sugar dessert or snack when you want something indulgent without turning on the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 can (13.5 oz / 400 ml) full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
- Β½ cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter
- ΒΌ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2β3 tbsp powdered erythritol, monk-fruit sweetener, or powdered sugar, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened plant milk, if needed
Optional toppings
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Chopped walnuts or pecans
- Sugar-free or vegan chocolate chips
- Cacao nibs
- Fresh berries
- A drizzle of nut butter

- Chill the coconut milk: Refrigerate the can overnight. When ready, scoop the thick coconut cream from the top, leaving the watery portion behind.
- Whip: Place the coconut cream in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer for 2β3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
- Add chocolate: Add almond butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and melted coconut oil.
- Whip again: Beat for another 1β2 minutes until smooth, thick, and mousse-like. If it’s too thick, add plant milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Chill: Spoon into small serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish: Top with cacao nibs, chopped nuts, coconut, berries, or a little melted chocolate.
