  • 2 cups mixed fruit juice (mango, orange, pineapple, or mixed tropical juice)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits, diced (strawberries, mango, kiwi, grapes, peaches, etc.)
  • 2–3 tbsp simple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the fruit jelly and cut it into small cubes if needed.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juice, water (or coconut water), and sweetener if using.
  4. Stir in the cooked tapioca pearls, jelly cubes, and diced fresh fruit.
  5. Add plenty of ice and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Flavor Variations

  • Tropical: Mango juice + pineapple + coconut jelly.
  • Berry Blast: Mixed berry juice + strawberries + blueberries + strawberry jelly.
  • Citrus Refresh: Orange juice + mandarin segments + lychee jelly.
  • Creamy: Replace half the juice with milk or coconut milk for a richer drink.
