Loaded Crustless Pizza Bowls

Ingredients
For the Base & Filling:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (sugar-free for low-carb)
For the Toppings & Cheese:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular sliced pepperoni)
- ¼ cup bell peppers (green and yellow, chopped)
- 2 tbsp sliced black olives
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano or fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the Meat
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or Italian sausage, break it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Bowls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
