- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub both sides with oil.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning all over the pork chops.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the center reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops and let them rest for 3–5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
Tip
Cooking time depends on the thickness of the pork chops. Thicker chops may need a few extra minutes, so always check the internal temperature.
