Pork Chops cooked in the air fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub both sides with olive oil.
  3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork chops.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the pork chops in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check the thickest part with a meat thermometer. The pork should reach 145°F (63°C).
  9. Remove the pork chops and let them rest for 3–5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Tip

For juicy pork chops, avoid overcooking them. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chops.
