Air Fried Lobster Tails

Air Fried Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell from the opening toward the tail.
  2. Gently pull the lobster meat slightly out of the shell and place it on top.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket with the meat facing up.
  7. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 6–10 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tails.
  8. The lobster is ready when the meat is white, firm, and reaches 145°F (63°C) inside.
  9. Brush with a little more melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  10. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra melted butter.

Tip

Do not overcook lobster, or it can become tough and rubbery. Start checking after 6 minutes for smaller tails.
