Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell from the opening toward the tail.
- Gently pull the lobster meat slightly out of the shell and place it on top.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket with the meat facing up.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 6–10 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tails.
- The lobster is ready when the meat is white, firm, and reaches 145°F (63°C) inside.
- Brush with a little more melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra melted butter.
Tip
Do not overcook lobster, or it can become tough and rubbery. Start checking after 6 minutes for smaller tails.
