Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Alfredo Sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Zucchini Noodles
- 3 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Make sure the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) inside.
- While the chicken cooks, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add Parmesan, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until the sauce becomes creamy. Do not boil.
- Toss the zucchini noodles with 1 teaspoon olive oil and a little salt.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 3–4 minutes. Do not overcook, or they may become watery.
- Toss the zucchini noodles with the Alfredo sauce.
- Top with the Cajun chicken and serve hot.

For even more protein, add ½ cup cooked shrimp to the dish or use extra chicken breast.
