Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Cheese Bomb Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cheese cubes)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rolls
    • Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles.
    • Place one mozzarella stick (or cheese cube) at the wide end of each dough piece.
    • Roll the dough tightly around the cheese, sealing all edges to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
  2. Wrap with Bacon
    • Wrap each dough-covered cheese roll with one slice of bacon.
    • Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Add Seasoning
    • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    • Brush the bacon-wrapped rolls lightly with the seasoned butter.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer
    • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry
    • Place the bacon-wrapped cheese rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–14 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the dough is golden brown.
  6. Rest & Serve
    • Let the rolls cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic dip.
