Air Fryer Cheesy Jalapeño Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower for 4–5 minutes until slightly soft. Drain and let it cool.
  2. Finely chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls or small patties.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place the cauliflower bites in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  9. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  10. Cook until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
  11. Let them cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Tip

For extra cheesy bites, add a little more shredded cheddar to the mixture. Serve with ranch, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
