Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley or dill (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the salmon.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the salmon in the basket skin-side down.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- The salmon is ready when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.
- Let it rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve with lemon wedges.
Tip
For extra juicy salmon, avoid overcooking. Start checking the fillets around 7 minutes if they are thin.
