Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower (about 2 pounds), cut into bite-size florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika works great too)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower
- Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower.
- Cut it into evenly sized florets so they cook at the same rate.
- Place the florets in a large bowl.
2. Season
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss well until all cauliflower pieces are evenly coated.
- Add Parmesan cheese if using and mix again.
3. Air Fry the Cauliflower
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Continue cooking until the cauliflower is golden brown, crispy on the edges, and tender inside.
4. Serve
- Remove the roasted cauliflower from the air fryer.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
- Serve hot as a side dish or healthy snack.
