Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp milk of choice (only if needed for blending)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop (25–30 g) chocolate or vanilla protein powder for extra protein

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
  5. Chill for 30–60 minutes for the best texture.

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh raspberries or strawberries
  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Chopped almonds or hazelnuts
  • Unsweetened whipped cream
  • A dusting of cocoa powder
