Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp milk of choice (only if needed for blending)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 scoop (25–30 g) chocolate or vanilla protein powder for extra protein
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes for the best texture.
